When the sand is icy in Cornwall, you know it's cold! But when the sky is blue and the sun is shining, we don’t mind!
We were treated to the most amazing morning at Hollywell Bay Beach for this gorgeous family photo shoot. It was -4 degrees centigrade when I left home at 9am, and it was about zero when I arrived in the frozen car park an hour later. We all wrapped up warm but it wasn't long before we were stripping off the layers (running around, up and down the frosty dunes!).
This place holds some very special memories for this family. It’s where Luke proposed to Hannah many moons ago, back in the day when he worked there as a lifeguard. We took some family photos up on the same sand dune which was lovely. The two boys, aged 5 and 18 months, were truly a delight and similar enough in age to my own two boys that I could just act with them like I do with mine!
